Dr. Reynolds stepped up to the plate to cover the less than professional behavior of associate Dr. John Lynch (who showed up late for his day of procedures). Dr. Reynolds is patient, kind and expert. He not only showed that he is a team player he did so with grace and dignity. I would highly recommend him and applaud his ability to manage additional cases in the dismissive tardiness of Dr. Lynch.
