I can not get through to them and their website is all screwed up. Even the receptionist told me they are having computer issues. I would recommend to going anywhere else.

I would definitely recommend Dr. Balserak. He removed some painful lipomas from my arm recently. The procedure was painless and he made me feel quite comfortable. He is very easy to talk to.

He takes time to explain your condition and treatment, and if you need surgery, he explains the procedure.

I had my thyroid removed by Dr. Balserak. Never was there a mention of monitoring my vocal chord nerve OR testing on the table. I trusted him because of the great reviews and learned the hard way! You need to have your vocal chord nerves monitored! I was a singer ,now I have a paralyzed vocal chord. Also because he didn't test on the table had to go back a month later and have the second half of my thyroid out! 2 surgeries and a paralyzed vocal chord , ALL COULD have been prevented! Nice guy but that doesn't cut it. Definite... read more
