We went to 3 ortho consult appointments. I wish we had started with Dr hinesly.
Dr. Hinesly and his staff are AMAZING!! Both of my sons have received all of their orthodontia care there and wouldn't go anywhere else.
We had a great first experience. Everyone was extremely friendly and helpful. Dr. Hinesly was very thorough explaining everything to my son.
I highly recommend this office for any of your orthodontic needs. We are on our 3rd child that we have brought to Dr. Hinesly and we would not go anywhere else. The staff is friendly and professional!
Dr. Hinesly is amazing. My daughter is very nervous when it comes to doctor or dental appointments and him and his staff made my daughter feel so comfortable. We truly have enjoyed our experiences with Dr. Hinesly's office and look forward to many more visits to come!
We always look forward to our visit. The reminders are a great tool to remind us when we get busy and forget. Both my kids were treated here so I spent alot of time in the waiting room. I greatly appreciate the coffee and magazine collection you have. Keep in mind the waiting is almost to short to finish one magazine. Very smoothly ran. I wouldnt change anything.
We were concerned about Nakailya's teeth shifting due to the loss of her retainer and knew she would likely need braces again to correct the problem. However, Dr. Hinesly put her at ease with a detailed explanation of how he could correct the problem with the retainer and and some adjustments by himself in the office. Dr. Hinesly has great connection with young people.
I've been in several offices, this office tops them all! The customer/patient care is absolutely awesome. Any business should strive for customer service like this!
The office was inviting as well as all the staff that we encountered. Plus the Klondike bar was a happy surprise!
