Dr. Hinesly & his staff were remarkable! They made my 8yo feel comfortable with the whole process!
We really enjoyed our initial consultation. My daughter was a little nervous it would be like the dentist office. They did a great job making her feel welcome and comfortable.

My experience yesterday was one of the most positive experiences I've had in any customer service situation. Dr. Hinesly is a very kind and genuine person and gave a very honest assessment. His assistants were all very kind and made the nervous experience very easy for my 11 year old son. Dr. Hinesly and his staff are always top notch! I had orthodontic treatment 25 years ago by Dr. Hinesly. Marlene at the front desk has been along side Dr. Hinesly since I was a patient, she is always warm, friendly & professional. I absolutely hands down would take my children to no one other than Dr Hinesly, as my daughter had her appt yesterday. Dr. Hinesly is always patient minded. The staff is wonderful and is always helpful. Dr. Hinesly has explained the whole process so we know what to expect. I highly recommend using him.
I absolutely love this office and so does my 15 year old! I cannot say enough good things about the level of care, communication and service we receive at EVERY appointment.
