Very friendly and attentive staff, every single person says "hello" and addresses me by name and smiles at me. Once had to make an emergency appt on a day they were not open and the the doctor came in on his off day to see me so I wasn't in pain, he drove from I believe Adrain where he was at something facey (he was dressed up) and saw me for less than 10 minutes and drove all the way back. Only complaint is they aren't very considerate of the pain when they are taking out retainers, or taking out wires, or putting on rubber... read more
Dr Hinesly is very kind. He explains things in a way that is easy to understand. He spends ample time with you and you don’t feel rushed. He spoke directly to my son, as the patient, rather than just speaking to the parents. Staff is great too. It was a great experience.
Great orthodontic care! Hinesly Orthodontics is a fantastic team. We didn't always see the same Orthodontist Assistant every visit and they all flowed as though we had. Highly recommend this practice.
Appreciate that they talk directly to the patient not just to the parents, they make sure the patient understands the treatment and is ready to do there part to make the treatment a success. They take the time to get to know each patient and make them feel like they are a top priority.
Highest level of integrity and ethics combined with expert care. What more could you ask for?! My kids and I love this practice.
We really had a great experience meeting with Dr. Hinesly and his staff for the first time this week. Everyone was very helpful and kind, and seemed extremely capable and knowledgeable. Good listeners, good explainers! We wish that we'd switched to Dr. Hinesly years ago...
Every staff member was polite and friendly. Dr Hinsley makes the kids feel important and special!
