I was very disappointed with the level of professionalism and customer service I received at this clinic. One of the doctor’s assistants, Dainet, was extremely rude and disrespectful during my interaction with her. Her attitude and the way she communicated with me were completely inappropriate for a medical and professional environment. If this is how patients are treated by the doctor’s staff, it honestly makes me question what the experience would be like with the doctor himself and what I could expect in the future.
