Me and my family are extremely upset. For over a year we told groshong that our son couldn't hear. That's why his speech sounds muffled. She prolonged referring him to a specialist, because she thought my 3 year old was autistic. She didn't listen to me or my wife on multiple occasions. I expressed my concern on another area of his health. Groshong talked down to me and asked me if I was paying for his insurance. We love Dr Jaci! My children are 19 and 16 years old and have been going to Dr. Jaci since we moved here 15 years ago; my 19 year old was bummed when she asked him if he wanted to go to an "adult" doctor! No other pediatrician forms such relationships with her patients.
Dr. Jaci is amazing. I am a mom to 6 boys. She treats every patient (and parent) like they're her family. She cares about my kids and me SO MUCH! We love her to bits. She is a proactive doctor who is ready and willing to listen and find out what is going on. She cares about how my kids feel and she cares about how I feel. I never leave there feeling like she didn't listen or feel like I was crazy. She is just the best and I would recommend her hands down to any pediatrician or GP I've ever dealt with. I've recommended Dr. Jaci to all my friends in Roseburg because she's the only pediatrician in town who so obviously loves children. At every appointment she gets down to their level, engaging them and comforting them. She takes her time and explains everything she is doing in a way that both parents and children understand. There isn't a person I'd trust more with my children. So thankful to have her in this town.
Dr Jaci is always so concerned about my kids we are so lucky to have her as our pediatrician!
She won't even see a patient after they have been to the er for months
