I went to see Dr. Subka last week completely convinced that I would need a root canal because a tooth that was recently crowned had been hurting and had escalated to a full blown toothache. I am convinced that any other dentist would have come to the same conclusion based on my description and performed the root canal, but not Dr. Subka. She examined the tooth, took X-rays, shaved the crown for a cleaner bite, and put me on Advil to reduce what she believed to be an inflamed, but not infected, tendon.
