I was told my daughters full mouth debridement (ex. cleaning) was going to be covered by insurance but that they did not guarantee how much, but they estimated how much i would have to pay and made me pay before procedure. but then i got a bill or i should say my daughter (which is a minor) for $260. IDIOTS!!! they told me i owe in full because insurance does not cover it not only that, i dont get in network discount because its not covered by insurance. they did extra x-rays insurance does not cover w/o my permission. yuck ... read more

I have had regular cleanings... and recently an old filling replaced. The treatment was very painless! I love the technology of the equiment in the office. It is very clear that they are using the cutting edge of technology. My patient experience was excellent! Dr Masters is very honest! I could have needed a root canal... but he had his staff test the tooth... and they determined I did not need a root canal!
