Went to this specialist in pain hoping for some answers. Had to wait nearly 1hr to see the specialist only to be rushed in my consultation, i was in his room for not even 10mins & wasn't listened to at all. Just asked to look at my foot asked a few questions & that was it. He has given me a referral to see another specialist for arthritis, no examination at all (just looked at my foot). I'm very sure its nerve damage not arthritis, if he took the time to examine my foot properly. He was very quick to take my money though 😡!... read more
I met with Dr Kaplan for advice following a motorbike accident. He was very knowledgeable and took the time to explain things. No surgery required - yay! But he helped point me in the right direction. I would definitely recommend him. Thank you!

Had consulted for ankle injury. The staff was guiding us to surgery even before we met him. During the meet, he enquired about our professions (which was nothing to do with the injury) referred MRI from specific location itself. He was forcing surgery without proper examination & reports. Felt he was manipulating us emotionally & financially, so consulted 2 more specialists who out rightly suggested no surgery. Avoid him at any costs! Horrible experience.
Had surgery on old football injury to left ankle. Dr Kaplan advised me that outcome may not be successful as it was more a clean out of joint and arthritis was prevalent. After surgery and with follow-up visits the result was improved but not fully. Still get pain in joint but not as extreme as before operation. Dr Kaplan was pleasant enough and informative so no complaints there just disappointing with the partial improvement to ankle. No recommended treatment was advised so I guess this is as good as it gets.
