Darius Young came today to do my lawn service, he’s professional, very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. I’m looking forward to getting fine lawn service from him.
If you love green WEEDS, this is the company for you! After well over a year of service, even more weeds continue to thrive than when we first started service with Dr. Jacks. We installed 600 SF of new sod on a portion of our property with absolutely no weeds during their tenure. This should have been incredibly easy to maintain, yet a year later, it too is over-run with weeds. 5 stars only because of Nick!! Literally was looking for a new service when Nick came out a few weeks ago and took excellent care of our indoor ant problem. He asked many questions, did a thorough job of inspecting for where they were coming from and really listened to what we had going on and needed!! He also came back today to reassess, we still had some ants in the problem area, Nick reapplied the bait and told us what to do to continue treating the problem, he then went outside to assist with the fire ant problem we've b... read more
Darrell was amazing. After he finished the service, he explained to me what he had done , what products he used and why. I am very happy with his service and communication skills.
I don't usually get to chat with the Dr. Jack's lawn tech, but today I had the pleasure of talking with Darius Young as he arrived for my property's regular lawn treatment. It was good timing, as I had a few questions about my lawn's condition, which he answered very knowledgeably and thoroughly. It's reassuring to know that my lawn is in such capable, professional hands, which only validates why I've been a Dr. Jack's customer for more than two decades.
