Narcissistic, gaslighting, will lie on paperwork to get government money yet doesn’t assess the patient and admits in interview he doesn’t even know why they’re there. Reported to licensing board for unprofessional conduct. Needs mental health treatment for a Class B personality disorder.
I was to see Dr.Carney for a veteran C&P evaluation but the staff was so rude and unprofessional I left. Zero respect for Veterans or anyone else it seemed. Save your time and request VES send you elsewhere.
I wish I had read these reviews before agreeing to let this man give me an assessment!!! Do NOT go to this Dr. He Interviewed me for 15 minutes and made comments on the assessment that may very well be life altering for my family. He made reckless implications that were not based in fact. Please don’t put your life in this man’s hands.
He's a lying clown. He needs a mental evaluation and his medical license removed. I have proof of his lies. Don't waste your time with that lying fool.
Jack Carney is an absolute nut. His office staff are incompetent and liars. They do not care about you. If your not mentally insane he will send you to his wife so she can find something wrong with you. Oh and the 4 star reviews are from his staff. Don't trust this place.
Please do not go see this dr if you need a correct diagnosis, much less put you or your children’s life in his hands.......Long wait, took a test, talked to him for 15-20 min and he sent a 10 page incorrect diagnosis , he needs to be evaluated ......

“Dr.” Carney needs to be evaluated himself. This man should not have the credentials to practice psychology. He is a liar, a thief and a joke. I don’t understand how someone can live their life attempting to destroy lives of mentally sound people. God have mercy on his soul. I can only pray that he and his staff are investigated and prosecuted to the fullest extent.
He and his staff were amazing. His knowledge is unparalleled. He was warm and understanding.
