Dr. Bert excels at listening and discussing issues with his patient. His knowledge base is tremendous. He may be the best doctor I ever had.
Dr. Bert and his nurse scheduled my appointment very quickly. Dr. Bert took the time to explain why I was having pain and difficulties with both my knees. He also explained that my right knee, which had been partially replaced several years ago, would need additional surgery at some point in the future. He offered me a temporary alternative by removing the fluid on both my knees and injecting a cortisone in both. Saw Dr Bert about pain and reduced mobility of knee joints. I thought for sure I would need a knee replacement but was very happy and surprised that wasn't his recommendation. He was thorough, showed me my x-rays and answered all my questions. He suggested I try injections of Synvisc first. A knee replacement wasn't needed at this point. This was my 2nd injection, and this solution works great for me. His nurse Jodi is very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend Dr Bert.
Saw Dr Bert about pain and reduced mobility of knee joint. I was impressed that he didn't rush to suggest surgery, but suggested a conservative approach in removing the fluid and injecting long lasting Cortisone first.
I came to Dr Bert when I really want help. And always regret grateful to him.
Dr. Bert and staff are very friendly. I have seen Dr. Bert for over 30 yrs. He has repaired both knees and now both shoulders. He listens to your concerns and doesn't try to talk you into unwanted treatments. He explains what he is going to do and explains what he did do afterwards.
Dr. Bert and his nurse worked to fit me into his very busy schedule on short notice. Dr. Bert explained the injury, procedure(s), and the future implications for my health very clearly. I would definitely see him again and would recommend him to friends and family!
I have been seeing Dr. Bert for at least 5 years for my knees. He is straight forward, honest and decides on treatment that will provide pain relief yet postpone surgical options/knee replacement as long as possible. I like that about him!
I saw Dr. Bert twice for a knee injury sustained in a skiing accident. He's friendly, knowledgeable, and did a great job of explaining what was going on in my knee and how best to treat it and recover. Hope I don't get hurt again, but if I do I'll definitely come back!
