The best urologist hands down
doctor is angry. rude.
As new year ressolution I will attempt to wright review of Dr. Derksen that does him justice. Bottom line up front [BLUF] Dr Derksen is no doubt in top five urologist in word.I feel that I am justified in making this assessment because I am the designated lead to pioneer a repeatable path to cure metastasis prostate cancer. After finding out I had muscle invasive bladder cancer he was extremely rude and unprofessional, and said things that should never be said to someone who just finds out they have cancer. Luckily I found an amazing urologist in Denver who is so kind and much more experienced! I am now thankfully cancer free.
This man can not be trusted. He cares nothing about the patient and lied to me. He ordered unnecessary tests and then they "lost" the results. Twice. Totally incompetent and rude staff.
I had prostrate cancer. Dr. Derksen could not have been more knowledgeable, compassionate and decisive. The staff excels too. They treat you with respect and aren’t overly familiar with you. No presumptive first name addressing of you. Office runs smooth, efficient and on time.
He not only conveyed necessary information, I felt that he actually cared about my situation. I'd work w/him again in a heartbeat!
Great Doctor, great personality. This man brought me peace. I now face the future with hope. I rely like this Doctor. His encouragement in my treatment keeps me uplifted. See you soon friend.
Not only a nice guy, but professional and thorough. He makes a procedure that for men is difficult, be manageable.
