These bad reviews are interesting. All of the personnel in this office has never been anything other than incredibly helpful and kind. Janette has always been extremely friendly to me. Dr. Lewis and his assistants are some of the best I have ever seen. I have never left the office unhappy. I don't review often but seeing Dr. Lewis with 1 stars is just not right.
I have been going to this dentist for over 20 years. He has made a fortune on crowns from me, that have only led to pain and root canals. His receptionist Janette treats you like a dog if you have to cancel your appointment. I had to cancel my appointment due to work for my cleaning and was told "we just scheduled yesterday, what's the problem?" Also we can't schedule you again, you will be called as appointment is available. " I went to another dental practice for my cleaning thank goodness!!! They have yet to call me, good... read more
This guy sees a smile and each tooth is blinging dollar signs. I was a teen when my mother started taking me to see him. I can't count the amount of times I still felt pain while he was drilling. That, and I'd go to him because I'd found one cavity and he'd find the most superficial marks on the teeth and insist they needed drilling too. One time.. in the middle of a procedure he looks at a tooth that I wasn't complaining about and says "oh look that one needs one too" and just starts drilling away without asking my permisis... read more
