Was the waiting area spacious? Yes Were you able to relax during your appointment? Yes Was the toothpaste used during your cleaning enjoyable? Yes

Did this provider show attention to detail? Absolutely! They are always very careful and meticulous Does this provider always take that extra step to make you feel special? Absolutely, they always make me feel like I'm their only patient. Do you feel that you could have received better service somewhere else? Definitely not; I received the best service ever!

Are you going to visit this provider again? Without a doubt! Does this provider treat their staff well? Very! I've never seen an employer treat their staff better Did you experience any unnecessary pain while your teeth were cleaned? No

I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. The restrooms at this provider's office were clean and well-maintained. You could tell that they cleaned them regularly. Not only did I find a parking spot right away. The office is not your typical dental office, more like a big city loft. I can tell that he/they care about the kind of experience you have there. Were you able to watch TV during your dental procedure? No, but I was able to read a magazine Would you refer this provider to a family or friend? No, I wasn't impressed Does this provider always take that extra step to make you feel special? Not really, I've never seen them go above and beyond Does this provider adhere to the customer is always right policy? Sometimes, but not always

Did you spend a lot of time in the waiting room at this provider's office? The wait wasn't terrible, but it wasn't the best Does this provider always put the customer first? Yes, they always put customers first Does this provider use current and safe equipment? Fairly current Was the chair you sat in during your dental procedure comfortable? Yes, it was comfortable Did this provider promise services he/she couldn't provide? No, they were able to provide everything they said they would

Did this provider rush your appointment? No Does this provider give unbiased advice? Not really. It felt like they just cared about making money. Has this provider ever cancelled your appointment on you last minute? No, they didn't cancel on me last minute Was this provider's office too loud? No, it wasn't too loud

Somewhat, but I didn't feel like they cared about my needs Does this provider treat their staff well? Yes, they treat their staff with respect Was there annoying music playing while you waited or during your visit? No, there was no annoying music

Not really, I've never seen them go above and beyond Did this provider leave you unattended for an extended period of time? No, I was always attended to Is this provider's business conveniently located? Absolutely! It is right off the freeway and close to everthing Did this provider have bad breath? Not at all, I didn't notice a smell.
