Unfortunately I had a terrible fall and fractured my ankle had to go to the hospital for treatment.. In my years of life I have NEVER had to deal with an incompetent doctors office. I have been waiting for almost a month to have an MRI on my foot. They never called for authorization and told me that it was up to me to get the MRI scheduled which in turn I can't schedule until the MRI is authorized! Then if the facility in their building did not take my insurance than I should have been called to find another one. Nope no call. I fell and broke my 5th metatarsal. I was very upset when I showed up at Dr. Labib's office. Right away she put me at ease, she is smart and professional. I had surgery based on her recommendation. I had very little pain and was walking in a boot in 7 weeks. Three weeks later I am back to normal. Dr. Labib was helpful and encouraging every step of the way. She went the extra mile with my insurance company to make sure I had everything I need. I felt very well taken care of.
Dr. Labib is one of the best doctors I've ever seen. She's thorough, caring, intelligent, understanding, and very attentive during each and every office visit. She knew exactly how to diagnose my injury and we discussed all possible remedies and best approach for healing. She?s a very skillful and courteous professional and I highly recommend her to anyone with foot and ankle injuries/issues.
