Doctor Labib did an outstanding job with my ankle fracture surgery affecting the distal tibula on 02/06/2023. She is being very thorough in seeing me on June 6, 2023 at 12:40 PM after my physical therapy ends on May24, 2023. She was very helpful in completing my claims form for a refund request with GEHA Aetna for $125. She understands my fears of going back on public transportation too soon and phobias of needing a walker when there is snow or ice on the ground in the winter. I had a fantastic experience at my appointment with Dr. Labib. From the moment I walked in the door, the staff was friendly and welcoming. Dr. Labib took the time to listen to my concerns and explained everything in a way that was easy to understand. The treatment I received was top-notch and I can already feel a difference in my condition. I highly recommend Dr. Labib and the entire Union County Ortho team to anyone in need of orthopedic care.

Unfortunately I had a terrible fall and fractured my ankle had to go to the hospital for treatment.. I was told that I need to follow-up with an Orthopedic surgeon, I never forget about Dr. Labib, she had seen me in 2018 and I was very impressed with her professionalism and bedside matters she assured me that she would do her best in caring for me and she definitely kept her word from the beginning to the very last Doctor visit.. In my years of life I have NEVER had to deal with an incompetent doctors office. I have been waiting for almost a month to have an MRI on my foot. They never called for authorization and told me that it was up to me to get the MRI scheduled which in turn I can't schedule until the MRI is authorized! Then if the facility in their building did not take my insurance than I should have been called to find another one. Nope no call. I fell and broke my 5th metatarsal. I was very upset when I showed up at Dr. Labib's office. Right away she put me at ease, she is smart and professional. I had surgery based on her recommendation. I had very little pain and was walking in a boot in 7 weeks. Three weeks later I am back to normal. Dr. Labib was helpful and encouraging every step of the way. She went the extra mile with my insurance company to make sure I had everything I need. I felt very well taken care of.
