My experience at the Upstate Headache Clinic was well worth the wait! Dr. Medrea came in and sat down with me for over an hour discussing my symptoms. She made careful observations, referred me to other appropriate professionals, and made beneficial recommendations. I definitely felt like I was being heard and seen.
I've suffered from Horton Syndrome (ClusterHeadaches) for 23yrs and have been seeing Dr.s for most of that. From misdiagnoses to resident generic headache treatment. Even was wrote off as "faking it" by a 2yr med student. After meeting Dr. Medrea, she immediately put together a plan of action with tried an true remedies from preventative, on going, and abortive care.
