My second attempt at this doctor. My first time having and endoscopy, not a good experience. Just tried for another procedure. Was curtly told it would be more than 3 1/2 months before I could see the doctor. Plenty of doctors to choose from, thank you.
Excellent medical service even after the visit. I called a few years after the procedure to get a new copy of my results and the staff was very nice to guide me to the portal to get my copy.
Not a stellar experience thus far. Over 1.5 hour wait despite getting confirmation from front desk at NP is not running late (I could have taken a work call from outside and came back in). In addition, lack of timely communication and appt with NP despite 3 confirmation from. Scheduling person that the appt was going to be with the Dr (GI specialist).
Good doctor. Been seeing him since 2012. Good diagnostician, good results.
I just wanted to share with you how wonderful your office staff is. I called in spoke with Arleen and she was very helpful, knowledgeable and sweet. When I came in for my visit I was able to meet her and she made me feel right at home.
