Fairly new patient. The wait time was ridiculous. When I finally got back to the room, I waited even longer. Total time was well over an hour. I stopped looking after an hour. While I was in the room I could hear her talking outside the door to what seemed to be medical reps because of the conversation they were having. She needs to do that on her time. When she came into the room she never apologized for the wait. She was very cold and not engaging, like we were inconveniencing her. Completely rude and inconsiderate of othe... read more

I was Dr Williams patient when she was in east Phoenix and followed her to my Dr Now and then lost track of her so now I'm going to try and make an appointment I don't know if she takes Medicare or Mercy Care but I guess I'll find out. I don't want any primary care doctor than her.

I love this doctor she talks with you, not at you in a very straight forward way. Tells it like it is!

I highly recommend Dr. Williams Vaughn to anyone who wants to be treated by a smart and extremely competent physician. She listens to the patient. She applies her knowledge and expertise to what the patient tells her. She also intuits what the patient doesn't say which can be just as helpful in a lot situations. I've had a lot of issues and a lot of doctors. She has just the right amount of curiosity which makes her an excellent diagnostician. This one is a keeper.

They don't respect your time at all .. that all I can say for now and especially Dr. Williams Vaughn very poor time management. no customer service and humanity at all. save you time and money and find someone more helpful and care. ..

I do not recommend this place to anyone. I came in as a standard follow-up after a hospitalization, & this place was the first I found with soonest availability. The doctor looked like she was bored & disinterested, cut me off when I was explaining my symptoms to check breathing/organs, left to "scan papers" & never came back. Never asked if I had any questions, concerns, or advice on further care. Horrible experience & waste of time to say the least.

My insurance offers a video-chatting service to visit doctors without going to an office. I visited with Dr. Williams-Vaughn and had a great experience! She was helpful, really paid attention to my needs, let me know things I could do differently to help me get better, and got me what I needed. She is super nice and helpful and I hope I can have the opportunity to see her again!

I didn't feel she gave me a thourugh examination. I am a sixty year old man and after doing some research on what a yearly physical for a man my age should entail, she skipped several of the tests I should have had. Also, I waited close to an hour and there was no one in the office waiting to be seen other then me. She had an attitude when she entered the exam room and I had to be overly nice to get her to be half way polite to me. I have since changed doctors.
