She's a decent doctor in that she accurately manages the issue. But her bedside manner is not just lacking, it's downright missing. Both appointments I've had with her she started by leaning over her desk with her head propped up on her hand like a bored child in a classroom. Her attitude was one of annoyance that you were there. She came off critical, judgmental even. I decided to never see her again because I'd never be able to trust her with the kind of info you should be able to tell your doctor.
i never see her, but i already think she is not good enough. i have appointment with her, and i went there on time, and the stuff told me she was not available because she went to lunch, and her next available appointment will be couple days later. before i went to my appointment, i received 4 email to confirm my appointment, and i confirmed each time, however, she still walk away for her lunch, i was so confused, if you don't think you available, then why you book this appointment with your patient ? she just does not care ... read more
She’s amazing listens and makes sure I have what I need. I love coming to see Dr Williams Vaughn
I am an obese 40yo. White male. I have a few minor underlying conditions. I had an appointment with Dr. Williams-Vaughn. I was very happy and impressed with the level of care with my exam. She was extremely thorough in both her physical examination relating to my complaint and also in verbal communication about my symptoms and medical history. With respect to bedside manner, she was very friendly and personable. She didn't hurry the appointment along or make me feel rushed. This really gave me a great deal of faith that this... read more
Dr. Williams Vaughn is thorough. She actively listens and truly cares. She is never rushed during appointments which I love about her. She’s very knowledgeable and experienced.
I have had enough appointments with her to be able get a good idea of how she is. When I was researching doctors she had an equal amount of good and bad reviews, the main takeaway with the bad reviews was her poor bedside manner. And her bedside manner is terrible! I tried to give her the benefit of a doubt the first time I met her-I thought maybe she just had a bad day or wasn't feeling that great. But if each time I see someone they have an attitude the conclusion is they have an attitude. She comes off as very apathetic, ... read more
She came highly recommended, and I thought I would give her a try since my PCP had recently retired. I think she is a good doctor, but not a good enough doctor for me. I'm female, early 50s with minimal health issues. Her bedside manner is sorely lacking, and that's an absolute understatement. I have no problem with facts and truth, but she came across as apathetic, unsupportive and critical. I have no idea why she opted to behave that way with me. Honestly, I didn't take it personal. I don't know her and she doesn't know me... read more
I love her! She made me feel so comfortable and I felt like her friend. She talked to me like someone who truly cares. Easy to open up to and took care of all my concerns.
This was the worst doctor I've ever had. My experience mirrors those of other negative ratings. The doctor was cold and rude. She has zero bedside manner. I agree with others who've said that she is in the wrong business. I experienced the same with most of her staff. There was one man who was half-way polite and said he hoped I felt better as I left. Additionally, I never received a follow-up call about my results as promised. Doctors are supposed to care. Dr. Williams-Vaughn made it clear she did not.
