She was not specific on what would be better options for starches, although she didn't like what I was doing. She is more concerned with BMI than the whole picture of health

Ultimately my aim was to review everything with my primary care Doc and the info they provided along with test results needed were sent to all of us immediately through the cs link so that was what was important to me.I saw my Doc the next day.
