Great staff, doctors explained everything and made me feel comfortable
(Bloomfield Location) Wait time to see the doctor absolutely ridiculous. Arrived at 2:00pm and did not see the doctor for over an hour. I had to exit the examination room to remind the staff that I was waiting to be seen. My information was inaccurate on file that was allegedly given before the visit. When I pulled out my phone to pull up my information, the medical assistant immediately asked me was I recording her (they have a clause about recording without permission) as if THAT was the issue here.
HEALTH INSURANCE SCAMMERS ... please do not fall for the procedures. I have a list of reasons for anyone NOT to attend this facility. The Board Of Health will shut this place down eventually. Its just a matter of time.
This beautiful new facility is equipped to the max, and staffed by the best, and most highly qualified physicians around. I highly recommend it.
