11:30 appointment. Got there at 11:20. Left at 12:50 without seeing the doctor. There were two people still in the waiting room ahead of me. Not acceptable. Better take lunch and an afternoon snack with you because you may be there a long time. He may be a fine doctor, but I’ll never know.

He saved my mother from blindness. Her right eye was already too diseased with Macular Degeneration when we saw him the first time in October 2008. He routinely sees her every 3-4 months & has seen her twice without an appointment because of suspected vision changes. He was wonderful to work her in the very day we called. We wouldn't see anyone elce.
