Kind/caring doctor and patient teacher
Dr. Shamsi is a very compassionate doctor who likes to hear a patient out completely and understands what parents go through with a baby and gives the best care possible. He is one of those few pediatrician's who will not shoot you down by saying " oh it is normal for a baby and would go away on its own" which would mean 2 weeks of sleepless nights with a fussy baby esclating the stress at home.
