Every time my family or myself goes in to see Dr Hong we are all treated horrible. The receptionist has awful patient care. She is rude and does not care about the patients or their feelings. There has never been a time where I walked out of that office, happy. Dr Hong is a great doctor, but she is so fast that it feels like she does not actually listen to you. The MA is the only person I like. She is very sweet and comes off like she truly cares. I will never return
My family has been going to Dr. Hong for about 3 years. Feel at times we are rushed but overall a good doctor. Her MA is wonderful and always has a smile. However, her receptionist is rude & has no patient compassion AT ALL! Patients are coming to your office because something is wrong with them. To be treated poorly is a slap in the face! Whether calling to make an appointment, check in or out she is always rude. I will never go back and or refer another person to that office again!
