Dr Hong has been my physician for over three years. She is extremely competent and thorough. She and her staff have great personalities and make even the most distressing news as positive as can be. I highly recommend her.
Dr Hong was my family doctor for four years. She is very polite, respectful, and considerate in her manner. She is beyond professional.
Dr Hong is great, there is never a long wait to be seen. I highly recommend Dr Hong. Her MA is wonderful, receptionist can be short and rude at times but I can live with that because the other 2 are amazing
I have complicated chronic illnesses, and Dr. Hong is one of the few doctors that actually took time to LISTEN to me. I have to see her a minimum of 6 times per year, and every single time she has exhibited compassion, competence and understanding. She never gave me false hope or attempted to resolve things with just another pill. I have the utmost respect for her professionalism, and I trust her implicitly.
Absolutely HORRID doctor and staff. Please please please do not make the mistake of picking this Dr like I did. Worst experience ever!!!!!
Dr Hong is an awful dr With horrible bedside manner andpatient care. She is rude and does not care about the patients or their feelings. There has never been a time where I walked out of that office happy I will never return
Dr. Hong has been my primary physician for 10-15 yrs. I have the utmost confidence in her as my physician. I find Dr. Hong extremely competent and knowledgeable. She has always been very thorough, detail oriented and helpful. There are many choices for physicians and I think she is absolutely one of the best! I'm surprised by the comments about her receptionist. I've never found her to be rude even when I've been sick and inadvertently grouchy to her. She has always been professional and kind.
Horribly long wait time. What is even worse, het patient understanding.
Dr. Hong is very attentive, nice and easy to get along with. Her office is very efficient and you never have to wait. They get you in and out very quickly and I personally appreciate that.
