Dr was friendly, professional and thorough in explaining his assessments and recommendations.
Everything is "wait and see" - when it takes 3-4 mos. for an appointment, it then takes YEARS for a diagnosis.
He was patient with me and gave me great advice and next steps. I felt very confident in how he plans to help me with my issue.
I feel very fortunate to have connected with Dr Kim. I believe given my issue he presented my best option and I feel lucky to have access to the treatment for the potential beneficial outcome.

The doctor did not seem to listen to what my symptoms were or my answers to his questions. Treatment ideas seemed like throwing spaghetti at a wall and I am not clear how I would follow up with the tests (hearing) and meds he suggested (I will not go with the meds anyway until I have more confidence they are appropriate for the problem and for me).

I felt like he didn't listen to my problem. Because I am young with no prior ear problems, he disregarded my symptoms as TMJ. When I said it might be something else, he said that would be rare and moved on.
