I had dental cleaning two weeks ago and had good experience. Dr. Ma was professional. She found problems with couple of my teeth and explained to me patiently. Appointment was right on time. I would recommend Dr. Ma.
Terrible experience! I paid $540 for a deep cleaning, and I was hoping get a good service. But it was the worst experience ever. The dentist only took 45 minutes to deep clean my teeth. She only used some numb cream without using the needle to numb me. She said she would use the needle once I cannot handle the pain. However, in the middle of cleaning, I told her that I was painful, and I wanted her to stop and numb me. She refused and continued doing her work.
