Awful experience. The office billed my claims incorrectly 3 times. I was unnecessarily sent to a specialist, as the specialist told me that dr Oliver sent me just to appease me. Again, the office manager dropped the ball and did not get a referral number from my insurance company, as required. The claim was denied dating me $210 because of it. The office manager told me that I was at fault because I didn't check to see if they had gotten the reference number. No accountability. Unbelievably rude
