Scariest and worst experience ever. I asked for something to help me with my anxiety and nerves, they told me I would get a Tylenol PM for the nerves before the surgery. I was the last patient of the day on a Friday afternoon and I could tell all the front staff was rushing to leave. I never received the medication I was promised. I was so nervous, got taken back into the surgery and when I would tell the surgeon to stop because I was having an anxiety attack he just kept going.
