High quality and professional service, as is usual at this office.
No one loves, let alone likes, going to the dentist. Katherine changes that quite a bit. Easy rapport as if we've known each other for years yet we've only met twice. Clear, concise information before, during and after your scheduled work. Appointments are long, but extremely thorough. I'll take that over short and incomplete any time. I trust her implicitly. Could do with a little less 'Jesse's Girl' on the overhead sound system, but that's a tiny detail.
Professional and personal at the same time. Great attention to detail. I think that they really try to do the best that they can.
Dr. Brown and staff are friendly, efficient, thorough and professional. I enjoy my visits and am pleased by the attention to detail provided by Dr. Brown. I would recommend her practice to anyone.
