I experienced needless pre-appointment anxeity prior to having my "teeth scraped" last Thursday! I should have known that at Dr. Brown, DDS, there is never cause for concern! The marvelous hygienist, Ben, was incredibly gentle, checking in constantly to be sure I was not in any discomfort. The appointment went like a good dream! Thank you all at Dr. Brown's!
Having had difficult experiences with dentists in the past,I was wary about trying a new one. Beyond the kind offer of tea or fresh water when I arrived at the office, Dr. Brown and her staff were prompt, professional, detail-oriented and knowledgeable. I can't usually describe my teeth-cleaning experience as "heart-warming", but this time it was. I also re-learned how to properly brush my teeth - no judgement, just positive and indepth dental expertise beyond anything I've experienced.
I felt protected and knew I was in the hands of professionals working well together toward the common goal of reconstructing my crown with my jaw's comfort clearly in mind. The warmed cloth for my jaw was marvelous.
I had heard Dr. Brown's practice was top-notch and was not disappointed. She and her staff kept me informed all along the way about what the next step in a procedure would be and answered all my questions. She is also committed to fitting your care to your specific needs and concerns, which I found refreshing. Highly recommended.
