I purchased my home from D.R. Horton in September of 2024. I’m still in my 1 year warranty period, and I’ve submitted warranty requests for the drainage that was a concern before I purchased my home. I’ve gotten nowhere with the warranty department. In desperation I reached out directly to the superintendent and this is the response I received, “ That’s not true, I would not have let you close had you had any open items.
