Horrible customer service. We are freezing in our new home and asked for help getting insulation corrected. Our food In our pantry froze solid. I have severe lung issues!! They delayed due to weather but they sure didn't have a problem putting new insulation in a home 2 blocks over.
Alicia is extremely knowledgeable, informative, and great to work with. She communicates clearly, is very responsive, and does a great job supporting both agents and clients throughout the process. She is professional and dependable. I highly recommend working with her at D.R. Horton.
