Absolutely the worst costumer service. Zero accountability and the superintendent is beyond useless. When going through the buying process everyone is super engaged but the second you complete the purchase everything WILL go down hill. Issues with your home are extremely slow to get corrected or the staff look at you with their hands up. The superintendent barely if ever responds to anything even if it’s under warranty.
