Dr. Horton was rude, arrogant, and dismissive. He just glanced at my face, and simply said, “It does look like acne,” before immediately moving to prescribe an oral medication. That was essentially the extent of the appointment. It felt like he was just trying to wrap things up quickly and go home, with no genuine interest in understanding my concerns. Had a very recent consult/procedure with Dr. Jeremy Horton, he was very caring, polite, performed procedure expertly and with my welfare at the forefront, and Clinic Staff were very knowledgable, polite and helpful.
