My experience with Dr Horton is that he is professional, courteous and very skilled. He explained very clearly what he was doing during the procedure, and aftercare. Receptionists were courteous and friendly.
Curt answers and left my partner for 3 weeks wondering whether he had got all the melanoma or not. A simple phone call (like other specialists do) would have alleviated weeks of anxiety. If he ever had a bedside manner, it's certainly missing these days.

I can agree with many of these reviews that Dr Horton has very poor manners and shows little empathy toward patient concerns. Questions were repeatedly dismissed without explanation, often with condescending comments like “that’s how it’s supposed to be” without any attempt to understand the symptoms. After multiple consultations he is persistently very condescending and unwilling to listen, which made it difficult to feel comfortable or heard.
