Poor quality and the finishing touches were cheaply done. Highly disappointed so we went to a different builder instead.
The build quality is ok..I've purchased a few homes. The Warranty is lack luster. Dr Horton stopped doing the 11 Month walk through. 13 month after purchase...I had an electric problem. I was told sorry about your bad luck, pretty much. I'll fix the problem myself at later date. Last Dr. Horton home, that is promise.
They have a great staff at the Chattanooga branch, that care about there customers and there experience in buying a home
