I purchased a DR Horton home in Ooltewah for over $530,000, and since moving in I've spent more than $20,000 correcting construction defects that should never have existed in a new home. In my experience, DR Horton uses the cheapest materials and labor possible to cut costs, and the quality of workmanship reflects that. Another disappointment is the community pool. Poor quality homes being sold!!! Use a local builder !!!
I had been looking for a home for about six months. Decided to set an appt with Dakota Price at DR Horton and didn’t find exactly what I was looking for but he found the perfect home for our family in Price’s Crossing.
