Biggest joke of a company. I don't think anyone works here. Good luck speaking to someone. Hope you like horrendous hold music.
Progressive is providing our insurance through them. Like the other reviewers said, good luck getting someone to help you or answer questions, they already have your money. I am cancelling and never purchasing anything from D.R. Horton. Look them up, they have your money and people don't do their due diligence, so you're stuck with a company that doesn't care about it's customer, just the money you provide on dreams and promises.
Purchased my homeowner policy through them when I bought my home in 2016. You can never talk to the agent for any assistance whenever I called them. Hate to ever need to file a claim, so finally cancelled.
