Both my mother and brother are patients of Dr. Jeong. His staff have been very accommodating both times we’ve had to make appointments. As a nurse, I recommended Dr. Jeong to my family when they needed a cardiologist after seeing the quality of his work and his interactions with his patients . He is knowledgeable and has a wonderful bedside manner. He is thorough and takes the time to explain everything clearly and to answer all of your questions. I would highly recommend him.

I had the opportunity of having Dr. Hong as my cardiologist, and I am so please with his care, bedside manners and knowledge, I would recommend Dr. Hong to anyone who is having some heart condition. Dr. Jeong was the cardiologist that took on the care of my 87 year old Mom after being admitted in Viera Hospital. His kind manner and his level of knowledge is without a doubt impeccable. I have been away many of the times that my Mom has required emergency care and Dr. Jeong was always available and willing to speak and explain all details. He has been a blessing in our lives to entrust him in the care of my mom.
To have an experience with Dr. Jeong, you first have to weather his staff, namely, his assistant or office manager. She is extremely rude and condescending to patients and staff. I have met with him once, the other times that I've had appointments, I've had to cancel due to long wait times and most recently, the attitude of the office manager. My one and only appointment with Dr. Jeong went well but returning for a follow-up was cut short due to unacceptable attitude of his assistant.
Very kind, compassionate and thorough.
