Dr. Holmes has a healing way about her, her gentle spirit and hands that can fix things. I've struggled with serious back problems for 6 years; these problems have led to other problems with my legs and feet. She is really taking her time to get to know all my body's little quirks and working them out. I look forward to each visit knowing I'll walk away feeling better.
Love her adjustments! I always feel do wonderful afterwards! Need back trigger points found? She can find them, even the ones you never knew you.had! Every adjustment is different depending on my own personal needs of the day! I love seeing that she's doing home visits! Give her a call and get her in touch with you HR department to get care for your entire office! Whether you use her personally or along with your office mates, you'll be glad you did!

It was very simple, painless and very helpful in understanding where I needed improvement. She explained each step for the brainwave monitoring very clearly and explained my results so that I could make an informed decision for my next steps. As an athlete I will definitely be working with Dr. Holmes going forward to improve my performance.
