I had what is referred to as a hot tooth. It was a challenge for Dr. Hinks but he took his time and made sure I was comfortable. This was my first experience with ISmile the staff is friendly and that makes a huge impact when your feeling crappy. I would recommemd ISmile good customer service and excellent care is tough to find.
Went in for six month check up and thought I would need work done as I was getting some weird feelings when I chewed on one side. Had x-rays done, cleaned my teeth, and was happily told that there was nothing noticeable causing my anxiety. So with that I was very happy because with the program I paid for last year ($49.95) my charge for appointment today was only $18.40. Best cleaning we have ever had ! Very professional dental office. This was the most thorough cleaning we have ever experienced. The office manager Blake is very nice and explains everything in detail. Super clean office. Dr Hincks is amazing. Can't say enough nice things. We have a new dentist.
My son fell at recess and chipped a big chunk out of his front tooth. It was lunch hour for Dr. Hincks and his staff but they were so gracious. They had us come in right away and Dr. Hincks did a nice job of gluing the tooth back together. My son was good as new in no time at all!
Dr Hinks and his staff are awesome. I recommend them highly.

I had an emergency dental issue, and a abscess molar that was causing significant pain. I was travelling the following day, and Dr. Hincks not only made time to fix the tooth, it was a non-verbal problem that had to be addressed. It took considerable time and effort by Dr. Hincks to correct the problem, and he patiently took his time and meticulously addressed each problem he encountered. I ended up seeing Dr. Hincks for my dental care because he has a fair cost and payment system for those without insurance. I've stayed with him and his staff because they're a friendly, fun group who are excellent at what they do. My mom is seeing Dr. Hincks now for more complicated issues. He does it all. No more going to this dentist for that and that dentist for the other thing. It's awesome.
I have & will continue to refer Dr. Hincks to everyone know. I love this man. Have neen a patient since the day he started his practice.
