Excellent care, great ofiice , always on time, very thorough, caring and professional.
Dr. David Hincks is excellent at his job. I have been going to him for many years and would never ever think of changing! He has made me stop fearing the dentist. He listens. He is kind. He cares.
Joy was very nice and did a great job on my teeth.
The dental hygienist gave me invaluable information I should have been told years ago. She gave me great tips on keeping my teeth in good shape and ideas to keep my daughters teeth in shape. Great info. And she was the most gentle person I've had clean my teeth. No pain whatsoever made me feel comfortable and not so hard on me about my teeth being in bad shape. Gave me a little hope they could be fixed.
Dr. Hinks is very patient with my kids. Chance was very nervous because he had to have a tooth pulled and the Dr.was good with him.
First time at iSmile. We went to the Ogden location in Washington Terrace. Great service all around. The only complaint is when both of us booked our appointment we were both told 2 o'clock. But, in reality one of us was seen at 2 and the other at 3. There was only 1 person doing the cleaning. We live nearby and could of driven in separate vehicles or dropped one off and came back than just sitting there waiting. The office staff that booked the appointment was not there that day. Best cleaning I've ever had.
I’ve been using Dr Hincks and the iSmile program for 3 years now. It is the best and most affordable dentist experience I have ever had. Would recommend in a heartbeat.
Staff are all pleasant, helpful. Good working team.
