Excellent and attentive. Went above and beyond. I can in scared, ill, and weak. I left with answers, feeling as good as I could, and with the knowledge to handle what was going on. Dr. Beason, my nurse, and other staff were great. Thank you.
I came to the emergency room because my doctor was concerned. Dr. Beason immediately started grilling me about why I didn’t come in yesterday. Excuse me? Because my appointment was yesterday and I came today per my doctor. She don’t have any bedside manners. And her hospital attire is unkempt. Avoid her at all cost or request another doctor. She is rude and unprofessional.
Very rude and condescending. Only gave 2 stars because she ordered appropriate tests and made referrals accordingly. If anyone in my family goes to the UAB freestanding ER and sees her on staff for the night, I will strongly encourage them to leave. I am a RN and worked MANY years in the ER. There is no sense in how she talked to us upon entering the room and throughout the visit.
