My experience with this office was HORRIBLE from calling to make an appointment, receptionists who took my info day of appointment- she got mad cause i would not give her my SSC# (we all know this is not needed to file an insurance claim if you don't have Medicare) and then meeting with doctor (he spent maybe two minutes and was eager to just write a prescription) and the HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE still continues!! Dr. Stroller did help me with my adult acne prescribing an antibiotic. I needed a refill of the antibiotic but Stroller would not provide me one without seeing me. I was in his office less than one and one half minute telling him all I needed was a refill. Stroller did give me a refill prescription and I asked what the charges will be. Horrible experience with his beyond rude son who could not get a real job and runs his practice. To many good doctors you can go to to tolerate this spoiled child like behavior from his office. They try to get you to pay everything before insurance is submitted wow
The staff of twenty-something year olds are beyond rude. I dread walking in the door because I know I will just have to deal with a bunch of spoiled brats. Scheduling an appointment is painful and heaven forbid you reschedule an appointment. Plan on waiting a minimum of 30 minutes in the waiting room then another 20 after you get into a room only to have the doc spend two minutes with you. I have put up with it for a year and I am done with it. On the hunt for a new dermatologis.
I waited for over an hour on my last visit and finally just got up and left. Previous visits were minimum 20-40 minute waits. The doctor spent approximately three minutes with me. inpersonal and almost unfriendly. Definitely acts like he is the smartest guy in the room and he knows it. I have been to several Omaha area dermatologists and he is clearly last among them.
I am NOT a paranoid person, but Dr Stoller's behavior was so vindictive that I don't feel safe giving details. He struck me as unstable, unpleasant, and certainly not at all helpful. I have been in the medical profession for 35 years, and I have never seen a doctor behave as unprofessionally as he did. We had a very bad experience with this doctor and would not recommend him under any circumstances.
Called for appointment and staff was so rude that I decided to choose a different doctor.
Terrible doctor! The worst doctor I ever seen in my life. He is very, very rude... no words for his bad behavior. I highly don't recommend him to anyone.
Doctor Stoller is the worst doctor I have ever seen. He is rude, arrogant, condescending, and impatient. He would not answer my questions or even listen to my symptoms. I had many fears as I had heard many bad things about the drugs he was trying to get me to put in my body. He would NOT answer my questions. He continued to insult me. Insult my family. He walked out on me, and sent me a vicious letter continuing to brutally insult my family.
