The wait time is anywhere from 30 minutes to an hour an a half... it's rediculous. Dr. Stoller knows good information and is good at his job, but the fact that I wait for 45 minutes on average just to see him for five minutes is beyond frustrating. The staff is cold and flares at you. I would recommend this doctor, but just not the staff.
Horrible customer service and horrible bed side manner. Will never go back and would not recommend to anyone!
The wait time was RIDICULOUSLY long AND they coded the claim incorrectly, according to my insurance company. In addition, they nearly refused to bill my secondary insurance - until I refused to pay the bill until they did. They still charged me the difference and were rude in their attempts to collect. The "office manager"/Dr's son, Asher, did not even verify who he was speaking with when he called - but just started discussing the account for my son. I do not or would not recommend this doctor for anything! His staff is totally rude. The wait time is almost two hours. Why would you schedule an appointment when you know you are not going to be seen at that time frame! I wish I can deduct for every 15 minutes this doctor is late you would not be getting paid from my insurance. Absolutely ridiculous to sit in a lobby for almost tow hours. Worst experience in a medical setting ever. He was ridiculously over-booked, which appears to be the standard. He was rude and indifferent as to anyone's time, including mine. When I called him on it, he left...he did nothing. And his patient wasn't me...it was my 12 and 7 year old children. Not only would I never return to use his services, I would question any physician who recommends him. He's pathetic.
Dr. Stoller was polite, efficient and most important right on with his diagnosis and treatment!!! Thank you, thank you!!!! You are a life saver.! I had been to several other dermatologists in town with no results.
I was referred to Dr. Stoller by my family physician for a rash on my eyelid. During my office visit, Dr. Stoller did not even look at my eyelid, but rather asked me to lift the back of my shirt up which I found odd at the time but I was taught to trust a Physician. He proceeded to scratch my back with an object over and over again. I was scratched so hard that I came off the table.
