I do not know about this medical group however Dr. Richardson is a top notch Dr. He treats the whole me and does manage my pain very well. If I have an incident such as surgery and such he adjusts to keep me comfortable.
The worst doctor's office ever. If you have a choice, do not go here, they overbooked themselves. And so when I got to my 130 doctor's appointment at 1:32, they told me I was not going to be seen that day they did not call me. They did not text me. They have no care for what I have going on in my day. 2 minutes late, I'll be going somewhere else for sure. I can't believe family health services even refers these people they suck. I've been going there for a year. Then I haven't done a damn thing for me
Can't make an appointment, they only schedule 2 months in advance.
They are very caring for my health especially Dr. Richardson, always making sure that I get the best treatments.
