He may have tremendous knowledge. But it wasn't shared with me. Disappointed and going elsewhere.
Dr. Levine was absolutely wonderful. I am a RN so I am used to things being hit or miss with doctors. He took his time, asked me questions regarding my overall health and came up with a great plan in order to tackle my health issues. Personality as well as knowledge goes a great way for me and all I can say is I give Dr. Levine a rating of 100% or 5 stars on the scale. I would highly recommend him...
I agree with the comments made about Dr. Illagan's approach to his patients. He is caring, listens well and views the patient holistically. I recommend this doctor highly.
I have been seeing gastroenterologists for the past 20+ years ever since I was diagnosed with Crohn's disease in my teens. Dr. Ruderman is one of the best; he is knowledgeable and always very patient and understanding. He takes the time to listen to you and will answer and explain any questions you have.

Called with abdominal pain and bloating. Told he was going on vacation and did not refer to his office partner MDs, so was not able to be seen. Told to come in 6 days later when he was back in the office.
Dr. Giday is with a large GI practice. A med student referred me to him based on her own visits with him. Dr. Giday has a warm and friendly bedside manner. His expertise shows and truly wants to help. His stats are impressive and he doesn't let it go to his head either.
The best and very thorough! Yes you have to wait, but isn't that an expectation in a doctor's office? Anyway Dr Ilagan diagnosed a non-GI related issue that has been plaguing my relative for a long time. We were just there due to a complication of a medication but he listened to the patient's extensive history and viola - diagnosis and management. I highly recommend him to anybody, he truly cares about the patient and looks at the patient holistically.
Dr. Levine is the best! He is the man that is going to help cure you with his knowledge of medicine. Do not judge this man on his behavior. I want a doctor that wants to save my life. If you are looking for friendship go somewhere else.
Dr. Levine was fantastic! Very knowledgable, very straight forward and honest. Nice personality and very concerned about my condition. Ordered tests to be done but already has an idea of what the problem could be. I have no idea why all of you are stating that he doesn't have a good "bedside manner?" He was very pleasant and talkative with us. I wouldn't go to anyone else for stomach issues.
