I did not review my October 27, 2020 appointment immediately because I thought perhaps he had had a bad day. But after finding a new doctor, I decided to read Dr. Levine's review. Wow. He acts this way all the time. I waited 75 minutes to see him for a 10 minute visit. He prescribed a medicine that left me feeling terrible for 3 weeks before the colonoscopy, and then I was told I would have to wait a month and a half to discuss the results. This guy showed up to ER after being called in for his medical opinion. Rudest human being to ever walk the face of this earth. I had to demand he leave my room immediately after he attempted to argue with me. The nurse and staff at Florida Hospital quickly found a new group and continuously apologized for this awful experience and stated they have never seen anyone so rude in their life either. Dr Levine was recommended to me by a friend and I had a great experience. The nurse and NP answered all of my questions. Then Dr Levine came in, introduced himself and told me more about the testing and how to best prep for it. I felt very confident after speaking with him. He also recommended scheduling the first appointment of the day to get things over with quickly. On test day, the nurses were great, they were very friendly and made me feel at ease. I am glad I read these ratings - Dr. Levine was recommended to me by my Primary Physician, so I had it in my mind that he had to be worth my time. Like the others who have commented below, I felt as if I was "wasting" Dr. Levine's time...after seeing the NP about some major issues, he came in to the room and seemed distracted and bothered as if I was wasting his time. Sorry, but I pay too much money for insurance and co-pays to be treated as if his time is more important than my own. I will not go back.

On two separate separate Dr. Levine yelled at me as he "confused" me with someone else with a "similar sounding name." He overlooked a condition until it was serious enough to warrant surgery. Time to retire.

Arrogant, insulting and condescending. Doesn't have time for his patients so he passes them onto his Nurse Practitioner, who lacks sufficient medical knowledge to even discuss the results of a colonoscopy. This office is dysfunctional at best: Impossible to get someone on the phone, and even more impossible to get a call back, even if you're sick! Do yourself a favor and find yourself another doctor who cares about his patients!

This doctor is an absolute arrogant condescending individual. He was very rude to me and talked to me like I was so inferior to him. I mentioned that I was an 8 veteran with PTSD and he just rolled his eyes and laughed. That's pretty deplorable to treat someone who served this country and defended the very freedom that people like him enjoy. I wouldn't go back to this doctor if I was bleeding out of every hole in my body. Semper Fi 🇺🇸
