So disappointed . I called to make an appointment and the person who answer have no interest in be there working. It is amazing how people don’t care for others.

Dr. Giday is one of the nicest, intelligent, professional doctors that I have ever dealt with. That being said, dealing with his scheduler is one of the worst experiences I have ever had interfacing with the medical profession. This person would call and leave me a voice mail trying to set up a procedure. When I called back she was never available. If she is that busy why can't she arrange a calling time instead of calling at random and ending up with a marathon situation of phone tag. I asked one time if any one else could ... read more

I have seen Dr Ilagan twice, Nov 2020 and March 2021. I selected him as he embraces Western and Eastern medicine but appears to only practice Western. Nevertheless, I can converse w him on supplements and nutritution knowing I have a friendly audience. My first consult was only about 20 min. He gently chastised me for not having been to my genocologist in years. I did not review my October 27, 2020 appointment immediately because I thought perhaps he had had a bad day. But after finding a new doctor, I decided to read Dr. Levine's review. Wow. He acts this way all the time. I waited 75 minutes to see him for a 10 minute visit. He prescribed a medicine that left me feeling terrible for 3 weeks before the colonoscopy, and then I was told I would have to wait a month and a half to discuss the results. If you are a single parent with "ok" insurance, it is probably best to find another Dr. With a little more compassion. Dr. Giday will not help me with anything until I get the test/labs/colonoscopy he ask for (which I can totally understand) but, he does not understand that I am a 36 year old single father, and these test/procedures will bankrupt me. New patient to Dr Giday. He was very warm and compassionate. I was glad to have found him. He advised testing would be scheduled and a prescription called in. 5 days and 1 voice mail and 1 conversation with his medical assistant (who was extremely annoyed on the phone) I still don't have my prescription or the call back I was promised. The scheduler called and procedure can't be done until February, apparently because I am a big girl and have to be tested at the hospital and days are few. This was my very first visit... I saw Dr. Ilagan... I'm very impressed with this Dr, and with the staff there. New patient forms were filled out online, once I got the hang of that, it was quite easy... they sent me very clear instructions to my email... It seemed pretty easy to figure out. When I made the appt, I was able to get in within the same month... Surprising, but I was very happy about it. :) (a little hard to park in the parking lot), but the rest of the experience was super! Great physician. Performed an upper GI with pre and post appointments in which he clearly outlined expectations and potential outcomes. Bedside manner A+++-this doctor came to a hospital to check on my mother-in-law rather than let the ED/hospitalist tend her PEG tube. Above and beyond. His medical assistant, Autumn, is an absolute gem-ALWAYS follows up.
This guy showed up to ER after being called in for his medical opinion. Rudest human being to ever walk the face of this earth. I had to demand he leave my room immediately after he attempted to argue with me. The nurse and staff at Florida Hospital quickly found a new group and continuously apologized for this awful experience and stated they have never seen anyone so rude in their life either. How this joke has a license to practice is beyond me. I plan to file an official complaint with Florida Board of Medicine for this ... read more
