I had terrible experience with this doctor's office. I was rescheduled three times by doctor's staff. When I arrived at the day & time of my consultation appointment. I was given paperwork to complete. I waited over 30 minutes to see the doctor and was told their system is down and they can't see my medical benefits. Dr. Sundaram is very knowledgeable dermatologist who cares deeply about her patients. She uses holistic approach and provides superb treatment. Her office staffs are very kind, resourceful and friendly.
She was amazingly fast as well as was her staff. Answered all questions and performed the excision I needed quickly and painlessly.
Routine visit found a tick that was then removed.
It was quick and efficient.

I thought the doctor was great but I can not wait an hour for my appointment to begin.
I got to the office a few minutes early and the appointment started right on time. Everyone there was polite. Dr Sundaram prescribed an ointment. She said if I found my copay for the prescription was too much, call her and she would find a lower cost5 alternative. I have not had any problems with this office.
the doctor and her staff are truly concerned that your visit is treated with compassion, expert diagnosis and treatment. The facility is very clean and my appointments have always been timely. I appreciate the follow up appts. also.
